Lilypad and CH340G Programmer: LilyPad is a series of e-textile friendly Arduino microcontroller boards developed by Leah Buechley and SparkFun Electronics. The LilyPad boards are designed to be sewn into fabric and used to create wearable technology projects. CH340G is a USB-to-serial converter chip. It is a low-cost, high-performance USB-to-Serial Bridge Controller. It can be used to convert USB signals to UART (TTL) levels, which can then be used to communicate with a microcontroller or other device that uses a serial interface.

A Programmer that uses a CH340G chip is a USB to serial adapter that can be used to program the Lilypad board.
