This OLED Display Module 0.91 inch is an OLED monochrome 128×32 dot matrix display module. It is commonly used in Raspberry PI, Arduino and STM32/ It is a perfect choice when you need an ultra-small display.  OLED screens are way more competitive than LCD screens, which have many advantages such as high brightness, self-emission, high contrast ratio, slim outline, wide viewing angle, wide temperature range, and low power consumption. This screen only uses the first half of the SSD1306 buffer space because the OLED only allows 128 x 32 pixels, despite the SSD1306 OLED controller having 128 × 64 pixels. This OLED Display Module 0.91 can communicate through I2C, three-wire SPI, four-wire SPI, 8bit 8080 parallel, and 8bit 6800 parallel. The size of the module and the available IO resources prevent us from using the first four communication techniques; instead, we exclusively use I2C communication.

If you use it with Arduino, then two Arduino libraries must be installed in the Arduino IDE. The initialization of the display and provision of low-level display operations are done using the SSD1306 driver library. The GFX library offers graphic operations for drawing circles, lines, and text, among other things. These two libraries can both be installed directly from the Arduino IDE. Make sure that the power pins are connected properly. GND and VCC may be switched around in some modules.
